    DOES ROBIN RUTH SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Orders places through the Robin Ruth website are available to ship internationally.

    WHEN WILL AN ORDER SHIP?

    Your order will be shipped Ground Service unless you select the Express Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 10 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

    While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. Robin Ruth . cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

    Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order. The notification will provide you with tracking information for your shipment.

    EXPRESS SHIPPING

    Orders placed after 9 am PT with Express Services will be shipped the next available business day. If the order is placed after 9 am PT, this day will not be included in the guaranteed 2 - 3 business day delivery window.

    GROUND SHIPPING

    Order placed after 5 pm PT with Ground Services will be shipped out the next available business day. Ground Shipping is only available through out Thailand.

    DOES ROBIN RUTH WEB STORE SHIP TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY ADDRESSES?

    At this time we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses in the United States.

    DELIVERY SIGNATURE SERVICE

    All orders placed through the Robin Ruth online store exceeding $100 require a direct signature upon delivery.

    CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

    Once an order has been placed, we are unable to add items to an existing order. If you would like to order an additional item, please place a separate order through our online web store.

  • ROBIN RUTH WORKPLACE CODE OF CONDUCT

    Preamble: Robin Ruth adopts the Fair Labor Association (FLA) code of conduct and the below reflects the latest FLA Code of Conduct as of January 1st, 2014:

    EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP: Employers shall adopt and adhere to rules and conditions of employment that respect workers and, at a minimum, safeguard their rights under national and international labor and social security laws and regulations.

    NONDISCRIMINATION: No person shall be subject to any discrimination in employment, including hiring, compensation, advancement, discipline, termination or retirement, on the basis of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, political opinion, social group or ethnic origin.

    HARASSMENT OR ABUSE: Every employee shall be treated with respect and dignity. No employee shall be subject to any physical, sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abuse.

    FORCED LABOR: There shall be no use of forced labor, including prison labor, indentured labor, bonded labor or other forms of forced labor.

    CHILD LABOR: No person shall be employed under the age of 15 or under the age for completion of compulsory education, whichever is higher.

    FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION AND COLLECTIVE BARGAINING: Employers shall recognize and respect the right of employees to freedom of association and collective bargaining.

    HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT: Employers shall provide a safe and healthy workplace setting to prevent accidents and injury to health arising out of, linked with, or occurring in the course of work or as a result of the operation of employers’ facilities. Employers shall adopt responsible measures to mitigate negative impacts that the workplace has on the environment.

    HOURS OF WORK: Employers shall not require workers to work more than the regular and overtime hours allowed by the law of the country where the workers are employed. The regular work week shall not exceed 48 hours. Employers shall allow workers at least 24 consecutive hours of rest in every seven-day period. All overtime work shall be consensual. Employers shall not request overtime on a regular basis and shall compensate all overtime work at a premium rate. Other than in exceptional circumstances, the sum of regular and overtime hours in a week shall not exceed 60 hours.

    COMPENSATION: Every worker has a right to compensation for a regular work week that is sufficient to meet the worker's basic needs and provide some discretionary income. Employers shall pay at least the minimum wage or the appropriate prevailing wage, whichever is higher, comply with all legal requirements on wages, and provide any fringe benefits required by law or contract. Where compensation does not meet workers’ basic needs and provide some discretionary income, each employer shall work with the FLA to take appropriate actions that seek to progressively realize a level of compensation that does.

  • WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

    Robin Ruth offers a limited one-year warranty that guarantees all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship starting on the date of purchase from an authorized retailer.

    Robin Ruth will replace any products found to be defective within the range of common and everyday use. Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents and/or wear and tear. Our only responsibility shall be limited to the refund or replacement of the defective product.

    The limited one-year warranty only applies to products that have been purchased from authorized Robin Ruth retailers. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

    Warranty is automatically voided if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product. Modification include but are not limited to embroidery or iron on patches.

    When filing a warranty claim directly through Robin Ruth Thailand, please submit high quality photos and a clear description of the defect.

    Headwear

    Robin Ruth Thailand offers a 30 day guarantee that all headwear be free of defects in material and workmanship starting on the date of purchase from an authorized retailer.

  • LOOKING TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR RECENTLY PURCHASED ROBIN RUTH PRODUCT?

    Returns and Exchanges only apply to product that has been purchased from our web shop.

    CANCELLING AN ORDER

    An order can only be cancelled if it does not have an assigned tracking number for shipping. Any order that has been processed and is in transit is not eligible for cancellation. A return/exchange must be requested once the order has arrived.

    EXCHANGES

    Robin Ruth Thailand does not provide direct exchanges. Please see the Returns process outlined below for more information. You may place a new order at any time for a different item.

    RETURNS

Upon receiving your returned Robin Ruth merchandise at our warehouse, a refund in the amount of the purchase will be issued to you for the Robin Ruth product within 10 – 14 business days. This refund will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund different accounts or credit cards. * Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return of Robin Ruth Products.*

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    It is our company policy that the customer must pay for all shipping expenses on the return/exchange of only Robin Ruth Product. Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return is a mistake on our behalf. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments. Return shipments should be sent with a courier that offers tracking service such as FedEx or UPS.

    All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Robin Ruth Thailand.

    All returned items must include the original packing slip as well as the RA (Return Authorization) number that was issued to you clearly printed on the Returns Form.

    SALE ITEMS

    All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a price adjustment, return, or exchange.
